There seem to be a few intermittent network issues we have been facing in the last 48 hours due to Hurricane Jeanne. Certain IP ranges are becoming inaccessible to some parts of the globe while the remain inaccessible to others for very short periods of time. A few minutes ago, one set of Win5 IPs became inaccessible for a short time (2 minutes) while another set of Win5 IPs were pinging fine.
We are working on this issue and we understand many customers have reported problems to us during this period. Let me assure you we are working on them and will have them resolved shortly
