Network Routing Issue via LA for JH Network

I already submitting a ticket via email, but thought I'd post here as well, since Stephen has the eagle eye:

There is an intermittent network issue between LA and Dallas that's preventing access to parts of the JH network, including the helpdesk. This has been ongoing for two days now, but has become less intermittent. Please work with the appropriate routing providers to address this issue; see hops 9 & 10:

Tracing route to resellerdesk.jodohost.com [199.127.218.22] over a maximum of 30 hops:

We've seen this over the last 2 days in Singapore also. The singapore issue was tata communications bouncing between 3 routers in a loop, this looks a bit different and seems you did in fact reach us, but there does look to be some routing trouble there. We can make them aware but can't really demand anything since we aren't there using them where the problems are happening.
