During the last few hours, some of our customers have been reporting intermittent slowness while accessing our network and their sites. That issue has been fully resolved
The issue was due to the fact that Level3 (one of our Tier-1 providers) was being DDOSed. This caused the Level3 link to our BGP router (which load-balances tier-1 connections) to go up and down repeatedly. Whenever a BGP link goes down, there is a few minutes of convergence
We appologize for the issue and as said, it has been fully resolved
