1. Any way to modify the initial index pages new client views upon new account creation process?

2. If not, any way to modify color scheme, logos, etc.

as for 1, no you can't do that.

for 2, do you mean of the control panel or the default index.html that is created?

Cp, yes, default page, no, it is server/cluster wide.
