After weeks of in-house testing/training, we hereby announce trial availability our new dspam-based antispam system for our customers.
Currently each domain will need a small manual configuration to use this new system.
Generic steps are as follows:
1. Login to your user control panel.
2. Go to DNS configuration as per below guide:

3. Click on "Add DNS A Record".
On the page that appears:
(a) Enter "dspam" in box for "name" field.
(b) Leave box for field "TTL" to default value.
(c) Enter value "204 . 14 . 110 . 250" (without spaces) in box for "Data" field.
(d) Press "Submit" to confirm changes.
4. Click on "Add DNS MX Record".
5. On the page that appears:
(a) Leave "name" field blank.
(b) Enter value "10" in first box for "Data" field.
(c) Enter value "dspam.<your-domain.com>" in second box for "Data" field.
(d) Press "Submit" to confirm changes.
6. Remove All Hsphere generated default MX records for your-domain.com using the trash icon, other than the one created just now. Your sub-domain's have MX records displayed in same panel, ensure not to delete them. At any point you feel you have done a mistake, just click on "Restore default MX records" and agree to the warning message. You will be back in your Hsphere default state of MX records.
Done. Within 24 hours (as the DNS changes propogates) your should see the results.
[Note - You need to use your actual domain name instead of <your-domain.com> in step 4(c) & 6 above. ]
We are working on automating the above process for customer, but this will need additional time because of the complexity of the task.
If you are still unsure of the process, please create a support request with the domain name(s) and we will take care of it for you.
We are also working on more effecient ways to train the system, but it will still be manual.
So dont expect this to be a huge drop in spam immedietely during this phase.
