New domain can't send email.

Ticket BRY-18177-530

This website is running the exact same code as my two other portal sites. Both of those domains/sites had to have their SPF records "fixed" because of something to do with how HSphere messes them up.

Both of those domains/websites can send outbound email but the new one can't. It CAN send email to other domains within the local network, but nothing outside. I've tried using contact forms that are known to work on the other two sites and that CAN send email to domains beyond those hosted at Jodohost, but the new domain simply can't get email outside of JH's network.

Can someone please look into this? I published the site and announced it was live this morning thinking everything would work as expected, but forgot all the hoops I have to jump through to get a site fully functional here at Jodo.

Thanks.

The SPF records are correct now, if you still have an issue reopen the ticket.

So, could this SPF thing be my problem then?? Do you now require me to turn on SPF? Will my problem with all of my forms on 50 plus websites that use authentication be solved if I turn on SPF and then get it fixed through a trouble ticket?

It is only a problem if you have it on, if SPF is not on it will not be a problem.

What I got back "due to spamming from web server, our web server ip got blocked on rbl that is being used by mail server. That's why you had this issue."

My problem was fixed by declaring port 587 instead of 25.
