I am experiencing a problem with my domain registrar within my reseller account.
When a new user attempts to register a new domain they are prompted to type the domain that they want, there is also a drop down menu that should contain .com, .org, .net... but the drop down is empty.

this is a problem that persists with all browsers as well as PC and Mac. I have also noticed that when a user selects to transfer their domain the transfer does not occur. (even after moderating the user's account to active)
In the Hsphere Documentation it identifies certain settings and controlls accessible thru the "domain registrar" in the admin control panel. I do not have the controls menchoned, i don't have any. all i see is a message indicating the domain registrar is "active"
this seems to be an error out of my control, please resolve this issue.
