A new Internet Explorer patch affects the functionality of WebShell 3 (online file manager). You'll not be able to directly use the control panel to login to WebShell with this new patch. You'll have to use a link similar to below to access webshell:

http://win4.jodoshared.com/webshell3
and so on...
You'll have to enter your FTP login name and password. PSOFT is working to restore control panel functionality for this feature
