New Resource Limits question

I received an email on October 26th saying that my ValueHost reseller plan would have its disk space increased to 3gb and bandwidth to 60gb/month, and that the increase would automatically take effect on my next billing cycle (which was today, as confirmed by my email receipts). Should the Control Panel be reflecting this increase now (currently still shows old numbers)?
 
You'll have to go into the control panel and change the disk space/bandwidth itself. It seems HSphere doesn't automatically update it as thought
