We have implemented a customised version of Cerberus HelpDesk that has replaced our current HSphere ticketing system. The aim of this new HelpDesk system is to streamline support to all Jodohost customers and ensure we can get back to tickets much faster than we were able to do with the Hsphere ticketing system. With this new system, we also plan to add 24x7 anonymous support for our resellers within the next few days.

All Windows, Linux and VPS customers are requested to submit all support tickets from now onwards at:
http://helpdesk.jodohost.com/support/index.php

For Any tickets you may have submitted in the old HSphere ticketing system, you are request to resubmit in the new HelpDesk system
