I do not know if it's only me but I can't see my past tickets in the new interface. Where are they? I mean, my closed tickets, where can I see them? They are not in History or any other place

Please let me know! ?(

You can view closed tickets in the ticket history, then top right corner look and click the "View closed tickets" link

If you are speaking of a ticket prior to the new system, they are not there, give us a number of subject and we will search and paste it into the new system if you need an item from them.
