Newbie Reseller - Domain Transfer

Hi,

I have just started as a reseller but I already have a shared account with you. I am trying to transfer my current domain to my reseller package but it keeps saying "domain already taken by client" ... any ideas how I release it?

Also, the DNS management is that where I add in my new domains. I.e. if I hosting somebody do I add there domain in via that screen?

You dont need to add the domains in DNS manager. That is just to create reseller DNS records for your service domain.
If you already have this domain in your shared account, you will need to delete it from there.
Or, If you have added the domain in DNS manager and this is not your service domain, you need to remove it from DNS manager first and then try to add it.
 
from the end user cp, go to Domains, Domain Info, look down at the bottom and click the icon by "Add Domain"
