Newbie Reseller question: DNS Zone

Sorry if this has been covered before!

I am setting up my reseller account and on page
http://www.jodohost.com/stepbystep2.asp

What is are my DNS zone details?

My main site is agni.gr but that is already hosted with JH - do I need to buy a new domain or can I use JH nameserver details?

I'd recommend you buy a new domain (say nathanhosting...com) and create that as your DNS zone and name servers

A horrible thought has just struck me - What about support tickets? Do I have to answer the support tickets of my customers?
