no e-mail from tickets

Is anyone getting e-mail notification from the ticket system? I'm not and wondering if it's just me. I am using a hotmial account for notification and I have verified that my contact details specifies my e-mail address correctly.
 
Yes, there was a problem. It is fixed now. Also when you do not get a ticket confirmation, please contact support at Live Chat.

I tried Live Chat and no one was available.

I do seem to be getting e-mail messages now.
