No IP available

Okay I have given up trying to have a plan with a dedicated IP. I have went in and changed the plans from dedicated to shared however when trying to signup for a new plan that has that change it still says no dedicated IP available.

Is there a wait time for the plans to change or is it immediate? Is there something I need to do at my end to refresh the plans or something.

Maybe this is part of it, that for instance a client already has a dedicated IP address and their trying to add a new domain under their plan could that be the problem?
 
If you had dedicated IP as the default it will be "inherited" by new domains, they will have to be manually switched over to shared IP.

The preferred default is always to use shared, and switch to dedicated when needed.
