No response to cancellation request.

I sent a cancellation note 5 days ago by your form online.
Also sent an email to sales on friday.
Lately alerted support via ticket to forward the cancellation notice to sales.

Still, I was charged for the next month today.
Why ?
 
There seems to be an issue with our account cancellation script. I'll look into this.
Please email billing #@# jodohost.com and I'll ensure its handled
 
Problem found, and fixed, hopefully the billing dept will rpely to you in the next 12 hours, and you will get a refund as well, your request was in timely this was no fault of yours at all that there was a problem in the spam filter.

Actually, when I received the new VPS account I replied you with a couple of questions, but never got a response from that either. I suppose it was due the same problem then.
