We have had a minor delay in setup of the accounts that were to be up today, I have been working for the past 8 hours on it non stop but not going to be done with them in the next 15 minutes. I estimate all pending winVPS accounts will be provisioned in the next 8-12 hours at this point.
 
I am still hard at work on making this happen, but there have been a large amount of kinks in the plans so far.
 
I have discovered the source of all my problems, one of the 3 hard drives is not working properly and going offline while it is trying to init. (seems we got a partially DOA drive)

This was not reported in errors just causing random problems. I have now loaded windows outside of these drives and was configuring when it gave me such errors in the logs. I have 14 other drives, moving on and as soon as possible having everyone live.

(It was really toying with me, as it only seems to fail on that 1 drive at about 45% of the init, which allows me to get a LOt of work done before taking a dive), the failing drive is also the source drive in a RAID1 array, so it is the reason for the crash. We will be well beyond this very soon. Thank you for your patience as we resolve this matter BEFORE clients are on the server.
 
Barring and further unforeseen problem all waiting clients will have their welcome mail and credit issued within the next 3.5 hours.
 
Mails are outgoing in the next 20 minutes now. If you did not have plesk you may get the account up a bit sooner we are installing plesk on users needing plesk now.
