NS Agreement on SOA Serial Number Failed

Hello,

We have a new client that just switched their domain to us. They can access their website with domain.com, but not with www.domain.com. Although they have the alias in their control panel. Also when you type the instant domain alias in the browser you get directory listing denied. Finally, I ran a DSN report on the domain and got NS Agreement on SOA Serial Number Failed.

Any ideas?

This can happen if they make a change in the control panel and don't wait 5-10 minutes as well for the DNS servers to sync.

how long has it been since the domain was added it may be a propagation issue.
