We are working on some minor issues that are emanating from NS2.. this should not affect site availability since this is our secondary name server. If your site is affected, please open a ticket

What seems to be happening is there is packet loss between our master and slave name servers. As a result, sometimes the slave record becomes corrupt. This is happening in very rare cases for a few domains. And as such, it is not a problem because your ISP should resolve your domain from the master name server

We as well as PSOFT are looking into the cause of this issue and we should be able to resolve it in the next 24 hours
