NS2 issues

i recently set up a web and all was working fine until today. i think it might have to do with ns2 being down.

i noticed that i have manged to put ns2 as my primary and ns1 as my secondary dns.

i dont see why the ns1 doesnt kick in when ns2 is down.
 
If the domain I think is your's is your's, then the DNS records are correct. You may be facing another issue.. please let me know asap
