NS3 and NS4 Problems

Dear Jodohost,
yesterday on aug 6, you announced two new servers and what we need to do, to make those two new servers work properly.

Resellers must log into their Reseller Admin CP and visit E.Manager > Server Aliases. Under Reseller DNS server aliases, press submit to create ns3 and ns4. You must now visit your domain registrar and create ns3 and ns4.yourdns.com as name servers (pointing to the IPs you have got for each of them)

Resellers must add these two new name servers at the soonest, in order to prevent any problems for your new customers trying to add new domains.

I tried to do that before i got email, because i read it in forums.

When i tried to do that in my reseller CP, i got this error:
no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 64
no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 67

Next i contacted live support and tell you what is wrong.
Here is the answer:

can you give us little time then we will add some IP's on our DNS server then you will add IP

I waited patiently until today, then i tried again.
Situation is still the same:
no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 64
no Reseller DNS IP is available for host 67

My client wanted to add domain and it doesn't work.

Now, after 26 hours i still can't add nameservers and my clients domain still doesn't work.

I would like to know, what should i say to my client, (who is paying for my services), when will their domain work.

BTW, i have two reseller accounts and i just added Reseller`s DNS server aliases right now, to my second account without any problem.

Thank You

Tom

The delay is due to the fact that we are waiting for a clearance of a batch of new IPs from ARIN...

In the meantime, please PM me with which plan you are using and I'll make a temporary arrangement.

This issue will affect neither new nor old customers. Even if your new customer adds a new domain name, and you haven't created the new name servers, they will see the master/default name servers in their CP which they can use without issue (i.e. nsX.m****here.biz)

I added a domain in CP in my customer account.
On Edit domain page in CP under nameservers i see:
ns3.m****here.biz -> 204.14.104.150
ns4.m****here.biz -> 204.10.105.200

Domain is not visible. Am i doing something wrong?
