Is there any interface that I can give NTFS file/folder permissions on my customer's folders ?

It takes unnecesarry time to open a ticket and wait in order to get it done...

At the moment, no
But I believe PSOFT is working to include this in their next version of HSphere

We have received your request and have actually already going through it. Due to a certain security concern, we havent been able to go though with it immediately but will do so in a few houirs
