Although I am not your customer but still I love your hosting packages, support and the style. I am planning to purchase a plan but I have a few questions before that:
Q1. How many concurrent connections do you allow to a site. For example if my site is hosted on your server then how many concurrent connections will you allow?
Q2. Is the upload/download of files by webmaster through the FTP account you provide included in the monthly bandwidth transfer?
For example if my site is hosted on your server and I daily update my site by uploading files through FTP, will this increase my monthly bandwidth transfer? Some hosting providers have this policy that they include it in the monthly transfer but some don't.
