A number of New Zealand ISPs are blocking mail from 204.14.104.85. Apparently this is because a significant amount of Spam is coming from that address. None of the ISPs have contacted Jodohost and the IP is not appearing on any block list that I am aware of, so I presume Jodohost will be unaware of the problem.
However my customers certainly are aware of the blocking due to the number of bounces they are receiving.
Typical bounces include messages such as
I have spoken directly to several of the ISPs and some of the smaller ones have agreed to remove the block, but the larger ISPs are less cooperative.
As this is now a major issue with some of my clients, is there anything I can do that will encourage the ISPs to lift the block?
Would it be helpful if I could persuade one or more of the ISPs to forward some of the offending messages to Jodohost?
