Our office internet connections is inconsistent due to issue at upstream provider of our internet connection provider. If your chat connection gets disconnected, please reconnect it.
You can also send us ticket for the issue.
 
We are still facing the issue about net connection so Chat support might not be upto the best potential, However we request all clients to submit tickets.
