Office internet not working/Livechat not available

There is a problem with office internet's fiber circuit and we are trying to get it resolved as soon as possible.
The backup internet service seems to be having an issue as well at the moment.
Due to this Livechat is not available at the moment. Kindly post a ticket for now.
