Office net issue - looking better now

We are working on moving to an alternative internet provider in the office now as the current one is having 50%+ packetloss making keeping on a live chat very hard.

We should have things resolved there shortly and will update you.

We have moved to the backup ISP and packetloss is better, but it is much slower than it should be overall on both ISPs. It seems some major routing/network issue is impacting the India networks.
The US office (me right now) is aiding all possible.
