OpenSSL extension

I am running into this error trying to run a php mail script (trying to do smtp mail with ssl).

"Error: establishing SSL connections requires the OpenSSL extension enabled"

Searching the forums, it appears the openssl extension should be available, and some people have enabled it, but not sure how to enable it or test for it myself.

the domain in question is on 64.187.109.242 Windows shared account (reseller) (sorry, forgot the server name).

Any help appreciated.
 
Please send us ticket with domain name. We will provide you php.ini file. You can enable openssl in php.ini.
