We are migrating our oracle server to new, more powerful hardware to house the growing number of users on it. The oracle server migration is being planned for next week. In order for us to complete this difficult migration, we need customers to take note of the following:

1) we will be changing SID from "jodo" to "orcl" .
2) we need DSN information which you are using, including any passwords
3) we need as much information as possible about your website so that we can help you in getting your website up in minimal down time.
4) we will be helping you in changing your code as per new settings.
5) The oracle IP will change to 64.187.101.207. however, the old IP will also be routed to the new oracle server once the migration is complete. If you experience any issues, you can use the new IP upon completion of the migration

We request you submit the asked for details via a ticket. We will be announcing the exact time-frame of the oracle migration around Wednesday or Thursday. We request customers to have all their information sent to us ASAP. Our oracle migration has already been planned, and the wait is primarily for customer details.

We thank you for your cooperation. This will improve the oracle experience for all oracle users

We are starting this migration from 2nd September and will be moving tablespaces in bunches.

Please note that new SID will be "orcl" (not "oraserv").
We will be contacting customers individually to make this migration as smooth as possible.

Since not all clients have contacted us for Oracle migratition despite of mutliple notices, we are proceeding with the remaining set of tablespaces to be migrated in next 12 hours.

We have migrated all oracle accounts to new server. If any client experience any issue with oracle DB, kindly update us through ticket or live chat.

Again please note that IP of new oracle server is 64.187.101.207 and new SID is "orcl" .
