osCommerce not working PHP error?

Yet another problem with this hosting company.

I have setup an account to use osCommerce. I have switched on php and cgi, but I get the following error msg when trying to edit osCommerce settings from control panel.

Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

Oh no you haven't - Its still open and no one has responded to it all day - The problem still exists!!!!!!

Are you sure? Try pressing Crtl+F5

This issue was corrected sometime ago. Unfortunately, the tech who handled this issue forgot to update your ticket. I appologize for that

I just checked it myself and its working
 
Thanks for the update Yash - Is anyone looking into ticket 30960 as well - this has been ongoing for 2 days now and hasn't been updated today
