outgoing mailserver

Is it possible to give clients their own outgoing mailserver when they get a website, eg smtp.mydomain.com?????

i believe when a website is made a dns is created for mailmydomain.com

that is used for pop3 and smtp access

yes you do,

its the mail box login details ie email address and password.

you need to check that within Outlook etc

if using within scripts if not usig CDONTS they have to authenticate with the same details as Outlook.

unless you set the mail server to localhost , where you woint need to authenticate.

but some mail servers dont like people using localhost as spammers etc use it.
