Outlook 2002 printing problems

Hello..

Just need some help

I have an email account for an employee. Yesterday he printed an email. the email was several replys to a previous email sent so there was a few comments on it. He noticed once he had printed it the format was out. the last entry in the email seemed to be close tot he edge of the paper than the rest

Also when printing it loses the K of Kind?

i have checked all the setting and rebuilt him an outlook account

any ideas? print setting look good as well
