Hi, I am new to the forum and am hoping somebody cleverer than me can help solve a problem.
I run email via Outlook and IMAP. I use a desktop and laptop and until yesterdy these were fine and styed syncd with the server.
The host moved the server to improve speed (it has) but after re-setting everything needed, I now find that the mail inbox and sent items are not correctly syncd. Both differe from the server version and I cannot see any setting that would cause this.
I am not a tech expert but can find my way around Outlook and Windows. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It feels like some file might be corrupted but frankly I am stuck and now frustrated.
