Packet loss in reach's network

Reach is a major carrier serving ISPs across Asia and Australia. We have noticed packet loss in their network ranging from 25%-40% in last few hours.
We have reported the issue to one of the ISP using them.
Their network is being constantly monitored and as soon as we have an update we will post it here.
 
For everyone's information this has nothing to do with our network, so please don't confuse it with any outage. This is related to some of Reach's routes that may affect a few ISPs and access to any network (not alone us) via them may be slower. As an update the loss has reduced to 6% now.
 
The situation looks almost resolved and didn't seem to have mass-effect as we haven't seen any reports about the issue yet from our customers.
