Hi, doing billing tests using paypal & find that if a customer goes all the way thru the signup steps & when gets to credit card details clicks the "cancel button" the order still shows in my cp's "signup/moderate" section even though the customer backed out & paypal order was cancelled. Is there any way to fix this?
Also when order cancelled & click button "redirect to merchant page" clicked it goes back to a page which just says "error no billing was done" instead of a cp page. can i add at least a link somewhere to this error page?
Or is this the price i pay when using paypal?
