Payment Renewal

My service is going to end on 2/23. I have not received an email to renew my account yet. Is there a different way I can renew?
 
You can pay any amount any time. To do that login to your CP:

1. Select Billing in left panel.
2. Select Billing Profile.
3. Go down on this page, enter or accept an amount and submit query.

Normally an email doesn't go out until the day that your account expires (or that has been my experience).

Also, last month a few of us didn't receive our emails at all. Let us know if you get your email.
 
You get the email on your billing date (I wouldn't call it the expiration date because all accounts auto-renew)

When you mean auto-renew, my credit card is automatically charged for the next month?
