Please help - Jodohost and my websites down for 6 hours+ in Europe![upstream routing]

Please help, I'm using anonymouse to get a US IP address as Jodohost no longer works and my websites are all down - no email, no FTP, nothing! Customers have contacted me asking why things aren't working, and that alerted me to the problem around 8am GMT this morning.

I am in Paris, and asked another friend in the city to try my websites. I also asked relatives in the UK, and out of the 4 people I asked, none of them can view my websites.

As I rely on my websites for my living, I cannot afford to have these issues! I emailed somebody at Jodohost, but they tell me there is no problem. Obviously there is something major going on, and I'd really appreciate some assistance, getting everything back up and running as it should before I lose an entire days earnings or worse!

We understand and trust us are in full force behind it. It is a routing issue between two of our uplinks and nothing about it we can do from here.

Please PM me who said there is 'no problem'. However, again, it is only limited to a network segment, so only limited number of users affected, not majority of them or these forums would have been unreadable by now.
