Poor Connections

Has anyoone else had trouble with their web host connections? FTPing, Using Contribute to connect to the site and maange files?

It seems choppy sometimes.

Just wondering if it is me or a common thing?

I have not seen an issue or tickets of any such issue, if you have a ticket please let me know the number.
