Possible outside network routing issue

W are getting reports from clients that they are having timeouts and other issues regarding the network, this is NOT on our side and it is somewhere outside our network but if you are seeing this we need your assistance.

Please send us a traceroute to helpline /@/ jodohost.com with the following output (form windows, adjust if otherwise)

Go to the command prompt and type:
tracert jodohost.com

if that does not resolve for some reason do a tracert to 64.187.100.243

We need the full output of this to report it back to internap for finding the root source of the issue.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide, we do not have any local or external sources seeing this problem so we are unable to get the data ourselves.
 
They are now forcing some routes around two problem carriers in an effort to resolve this, it may result in slightly higher latency but a working route, which is the most important. the other carriers will be brought back into the mix when their routing problems are resolved.
