Pre sales Question - 3rd Level domains

hi,

when we set up the reseller package next month hopefully.

we have bought a dedicated domain for the services (example jodoshared.com)

my question is. we are going to allow 3rd Level domains on the service.

as our dedicated domain is the service provider. is there a way we can make our main domain alias the 3rd level domains.

for example

example.jodoshared.com and example.jodohost.com are both the same website.

also can i check that resellers accounts (user accounts) are allowed access to SSL access not just shared SSL Access?

Yes, you can alias jodohost.com to abcd.jodoshared.com. But not example.jodohost.com to abcd.jodoshared.com. Sub domain aliases don't work. Instead, you could enter a CNAME for jodohost.com that points example.jodohost.com to abcd.jodoshared.com

Your customers can use both SSL and shared ssl
