Problem with changing mail password #56648

Hi,

My customers are complaining that they cannot change their password using the form provided by
HSPHERE:

http://64.156.220.224/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP?action=change_mbox_password

The format of the old password is the problem. It always report any entry as invalid : !

Ticket was lost in the migration, but according to Nidhi "everything is fine". This is not true, I am using IE 6 and Firefox 1, and it does not matter what you enter in the old password box, the ! symbol remains and if you submit the form, you receive an error

Please fix
 
The sign will not create any problem for this field and can be ignored. The sign remains there because old password cannot be validated on-the-fly with the mailserver.
 
Then either the password entered is wrong or some other problem. Open a ticket with mailbox details.

BTW, have you tried it yourself?
