Problem with Squirrel

I am trying to send email from Squirrel but I always get this answer:

ERROR:
Command not implemented
Server replied: 502 unimplemented (#5.5.1)

Problem is not present in Horde

Please fix
 
Any update on this?

This is very important since Squirrel is used daily and they do not want to use other webmail
 
I am receiving a lot of phone call regarding this. Users are accustomed to Squirrel and they cannot send emails

Maybe patch 3 of hsphere caused all these problems. I am also experiencing troubles with AWStats and WebShell. If this is true, perhaps you need to WAIT before applying certain patches or newer versions, rather than to RUSH

yep, this is really annoying....
and at first support told me "its fine". haha!
still waiting for a solution...
 
I do not find annoying the fact that problems can arise, but instead that after TWO days they have just begun to look into this. My customers are going to kill me if today this is not solved.

Frankly, support needs improvement (they told me that everything was fine too)
