It won't accept my user id and password. Has the url changed for this resource since the migration?

No it has not changed.

However it will SOON change to a user selected or auto generated on first ticket, we will mass mail when that happens.

I'd recommend emailing a ticket using the addresses here:
http://www.jodohost.com/help.asp

you can also email the vps desk if needed, just make it clear it is now a vps request.
