Purchasing Verisign Certificate

I would like to purchase a Verisign SSL Certificate.
Is there any reseller that can give prices lower than Verign site?

Just out of curiosity, why Verisign? There are many certificate providers which provide recognized certificates for a small fraction of the cost of a verisign cert. GoDaddy, for example, has widely recognized certs for as low as US$19 per year...
