rDNS issue with upstream/mailservers not responding

There has been a problem with nameservices at our upstream causing incorrect responses to rDNS queries. We are working on it with them and it will be resolved soon.
This has caused problem with our mailservers that heavily rely on rDNS(PTR) records.
