RE: Anonymous support to End User

When doing anonymous support for the End Users, can we pick and choose which people are allowed anonymous support with JodoHost and whome we wish to take ourselves? I'm holding a few clients closer to my chest for various reasons (aka friends of mine, longstanding colleagues, etc.). Thanks!
 
you can check and answer the tickets before us, that is pretty much it, or you can give a special email address to those that you want having 'dedicated support' direct from you?

We have a special support desk for SD clients and VPS clients for instance, it is more an organizational thing for us, but you could do it for your own purposes as well.
