Recoving Deleted Account

I deleted an account yesterday and now want to get the Web Content files back. Is this possible? I have opened a ticket (#25484). Thanks

Support has requested domain name so that they can search and restore the account you deleted. Please reply to them urgently as old backup will be overwritten by new at schedule backup time.
