Redirect or Alias

not using Plesk
I have a domain www.HorshamChamberOnLine. Have another domain www.HorshamChamber.com that I want to point to the 1st. I've tried a couple of ways to do this with no luck.

Do I need to register www.HorshamChamber.com in HSPhere?

I thought I could just add www.HorshamChamber as a new host header for www.HorshamChamberOnLine.com but no good.

Added a web site in IIS for HorshamChamber.com with a redirect to HorshamChamberOnLine but that didn't work.

Anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
 
what is serving up the DNS? that would be the main issue here, host header alone is enough in IIS (that would be 'alias' by CP naming) but if DNs is not pointing it to the IP, it won't work.
