Regarding feature within an existing account

hi all.

i have a query.

if i have a client within a plan to disable a feature say Email forwarding. do i have to put them in a new plan and group (group so they can upgrade/downgrade between the same plans)..

or am i able to disable something for one account. i dont think i can but just wanted it to be confirned.

You are correct, you can not disable for just one account it there are other accounts on the same plan, it will take the action for all on the plan.
