Renewing an SSL cert

Exalted Code Master!
A client's SSL cert is coming up for renewal. I sold him the old one via a reseller deal with RapidSSL.com. Their renewal form asks for a CSR. I don't see how to create a new CSR in his Hsphere control panel and I can't view the old one for his existing certificate. Do I need to find the old one (in my old saved emails) or am I just being dumb about how to create a new one?

Thanks Atul. RapidSSL.com provides an excerpt of the PSoft docs that doesn't include the renewal stuff. I should have guessed there would be more info in the PSoft docs.
